A District official in the outskirts of Mogadishu was killed today in a bomb attack becoming the second official in the same capacity to die in three months.

Mohamed Abukar died in a city hospital after he was rushed there following a bomb attack on his vehicle.
Sources said the incident happened in Fiidow area located between Kahda and Garasbaley.
Abukar becomes the second Garasbaley District commissioner to die in a bomb attack.
His predecessor Abdirahman Ali Garyare was killed in a car bomb explosion in Dharkenley District May this year.
No group claimed responsibility for today’s attack.
